Most products are made especially for you after you place an order. Production time varies by product and is added to carrier transit time.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates depend on the products in your order and the destination. The current shipping charge is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Split shipments

Products may be fulfilled at different facilities. An order containing different product types can arrive in more than one package, and checkout will show the applicable shipping charges.

Delivery timing

Delivery estimates include production and transit time. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our control can affect arrival dates. Tracking information will be emailed when it is available.

International shipping

International availability varies by destination and is confirmed at checkout. Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees unless checkout states otherwise.
