Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in the same condition in which they were received, and in their original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip.

How to request a return

Email oliverthewolfguy@gmail.com before sending an item back. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include that number with your return.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Restocking fee: A 5% restocking fee applies to approved returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email oliverthewolfguy@gmail.com promptly with your order details and photos of the issue so we can help.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a separate order after the return is accepted.
