1. What is this shop?

This is the official Oliver the Wolf Guy shop: wolf-inspired apparel, mugs, and gear shaped by Oliver Starr’s work in wolf education and conservation—and by the humor that comes with knowing wolves and northern dogs.

2. Who is Oliver Starr?

Oliver Starr is a wolf conservationist, educator, and the founder and executive director of the Tahoe Wolf Center. He shares clear, experience-based stories about wolves, dogs, wildlife, and coexistence.

3. Are products made to order?

Most items are made especially for you after you order. Production time varies by product and is added to carrier transit time. Making items on demand helps avoid unnecessary overproduction.

4. Where do you ship?

We ship to many domestic and international destinations. Availability, current rates, and estimated delivery details are shown at checkout. Products fulfilled at different facilities may arrive in separate packages.

5. Can I return or exchange an order?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Email us before sending anything back. Return shipping and a 5% restocking fee apply to approved returns. See the Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Email us promptly with your order details and clear photos of the issue so we can help.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. After that, made-to-order items enter production and generally cannot be changed. A shipping address can still be corrected before the order ships. See the Cancellation Policy for details.
